In recent days, to celebrate Arbor Day , about 0 volunteers from the Aldesa company gathered at the Ejido Magdalena Petlacalco, located in the mayor's office of Tlalpan. The first day of reforestation and rehabilitation of this area in Mexico City took place there. It should be noted that Aldesa is a construction group dedicated to the development of civil works and building infrastructure, which also operates in the industrial sector and investment activities: renewable energy, real estate and concessions.
The place where the reforestation was carried out has 00 hectares in total, the area that benefited was approximately hectares. These were carried out by volunteers from Aldesa and other companies convened by the National Forestry Commission (CONAFOR).
Donation in kind
In addition to the reforestation, once the volunteers finished their activities, the Aldesa team made a small donation to CONAFOR of the material that was used as shovels of different sizes. The objective is for them to use them every time reforestation or rehabilitation sessions are carried out in the areas served by this commission.
It was the first time that some Aldesa volunteers carried out this satisfactory work. Each one, together with their families, managed to reforest about 0 trees, which was an unforgettable experience, even more so when they were taught everything that happens when you plant a tree. .
Volunteers from other companies and Aldesa planted around four thousand trees of the Pinus montezumae species in the area, taking advantage of the rainy season, which increases the chances of survival of the flora.
